Your office, your team
Create a team of pixel workers, assign desks and take part in the daily Svencoin reward budget. Use the Job market to buy or sell workers for Svencoin.
Current network: Solana Devnet. Deposits and worker creation use test USDC. Svencoin rewards are recorded in the game; token withdrawals are not available yet.
There are three floors, with eight desks on each: up to 24 working employees per office.
| Creation floor | Cost | Talent | Desks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Floor 1 | 10 USDC | 10–30 | 8 |
| Floor 2 | 30 USDC | 35–90 | 8 |
| Floor 3 | 50 USDC | 100–180 | 8 |
At 00:00 UTC, each floor receives 100 new creation slots shared by all players: 300 new slots across the three floors daily. Unsold slots carry over on their original floor. For example, if 200 of 300 slots are used today, tomorrow has 400 in total, with the remaining stock kept on its respective floors.
Each player may create up to 5 workers on each floor per UTC day (15 across all floors). This personal limit resets at 00:00 UTC and does not carry over. Job market purchases transfer existing workers and do not use creation slots or this personal limit. The incubator shows your floor’s available stock and your remaining daily allowance. Press the small i button to open the rules and a live HH:MM:SS countdown to the next 00:00 UTC reset. The countdown uses server time, so all players share the same reset.
Creation selects one of the nine appearances for that floor. The name includes the short role code, such as Svenco UI; the employee card shows the full job title.
Resolve a ready employee by sending them to work or moving them to My workers before creating another on that floor. If all eight desks are occupied, a new employee goes to My workers.
Each of the 27 worker types has its own permanent Talent value, shown in its card and in Job market. Every appearance on a creation floor has the same 1-in-9 chance. Higher Talent earns a larger share of the daily budget, so you can select the strongest team for your limited desk space and sell other workers. Two workers of the same type have the same Talent. Every Floor 2 type has more Talent than any Floor 1 type, and every Floor 3 type has more than any Floor 2 type. Talent stays with the worker when moved to another floor or sold; the creation price remains linked to the original tier.
Workers have no lifetime limit and do not expire. A working worker can keep participating in future daily budgets.
Everyone shares the same day: 00:00–00:00 UTC. The Daily profit bar follows that global clock, not the time you signed in.
The administration schedules a Svencoin budget for the next day. When the new UTC day starts, the budget is allocated among eligible working employees in proportion to their Talent.
Worker’s daily allocation = daily budget × worker’s Talent ÷ total eligible Talent.
Example: with a 1,000 Svencoin budget and only one Talent-10 worker and one Talent-30 worker eligible, their full-day shares are about 250 and 750 Svencoin. Your share is the sum of your eligible workers’ allocations.
Example: a worker has a 100 Svencoin allocation for the full day. If you fire them exactly halfway through the cycle, 50 Svencoin is added to your balance at 00:00 UTC and the other 50 returns to Shared reserve fund at that same settlement.
Assigning the worker again starts a new assignment that becomes eligible the following UTC day. It does not resume the stopped assignment’s unused allocation.
Daily budgets are set in Svencoin. The administration sets the amount for each day.
This is the game’s available Svencoin accounting reserve. At the start of a day, the scheduled budget is deducted from it. For example, a reserve of 10,000 with a 1,000 budget shows 9,000 available once that budget is committed.
Unused rewards return at the end-of-day settlement (00:00 UTC), and Job market fees add to the reserve. The administration can adjust the available accounting amount.
Shared reserve fund shows the available reserve recorded in the game. USDC spent creating employees is project revenue.
Labor market shows listed workers. My workers shows your waiting inventory.
General shows the number of players, characters created and Total earned · all time across the game. Personal shows your characters created, lifetime work rewards, USDC and Svencoin spending, and Svencoin withdrawn.
Total earned · all time counts work rewards already credited at daily settlement. Today’s uncredited Daily profit is separate. Market sale proceeds are not work rewards, and spending or withdrawing does not reduce the lifetime-earned counter. Characters created counts your original creations; buying an existing worker does not count as creating a new one.
Open the trophy button on the right edge of the office. Three tabs show the top 50 players:
Tables show ten rows first; More reveals the next ten. Email addresses are masked.
The history button on the right edge shows your worker creation, assignments, firing, inventory moves, listings, purchases, sales, confirmed USDC deposits, daily reward credits and historical withdrawal requests. Each record shows its date and time, worker when relevant, and the amount and currency for financial activity.
The badge counts unread records. Opening a page marks the displayed records as read; More loads the next ten. Mark all read clears the remaining unread count. Read status is stored with your account and is shared across devices. A sale appears separately in the buyer’s and seller’s own histories; neither player can read the other’s private activity.
Send only USDC on the network shown in Wallet. The current network is Solana Devnet; Mainnet deposits are not supported by this deployment. A QR code and copy button identify your personal deposit address. Confirmed deposits may take up to two minutes to appear.
The game’s planned withdrawal asset is Svencoin, not USDC. The Svencoin token has not been connected, so game-token withdrawals are currently unavailable.
Deposit and historical withdrawal activity show amount, date, status and a blockchain link when available. The list starts with ten records; More adds the next ten. A completed record is different from a pending, processing, rejected or failed one.
Settings contains sound effects, music, a six-digit payout PIN and sign-out. PIN reset requires a code sent to your verified Google email. Do not share your PIN or email codes. Configuring a PIN does not enable withdrawals before token transfers are connected.
Meet the team
Each employee is a Svenco, with their role code in the name and a unique outfit. Each of these 27 worker types has a distinct Talent value. Compare Talent to choose your team.

You keep the amount earned before firing. It is added to your balance at the next 00:00 UTC settlement. The unearned remainder returns to Shared reserve fund then; other workers’ allocations stay unchanged.
No. Rewards from your stopped assignment remain yours and settle to your balance. The buyer receives the worker and their Talent, and must assign them for the next UTC day.
At 00:00 UTC, every floor gains 100 new shared slots and your allowance returns to five creations per floor. Unsold shared slots carry over on their original floor; personal allowance does not. Open the incubator’s i button to see the countdown.
Total earned adds up all settled work rewards and never falls when you spend them. Your balance reflects spending, market trades and other balance activity. Today’s Daily profit joins the earned total after the next 00:00 UTC settlement.
Open the trophy button. Top earned ranks settled Svencoin work rewards over all time. Most workers counts all workers currently owned, including waiting and listed workers. Top sellers counts completed worker sales over all time. Each tab shows the top 50, with ten rows initially and More to reveal the next ten. Email addresses are masked.
A newly assigned employee waits for the next 00:00 UTC boundary. Before that, they do not have an active daily allocation.
Accrued Svencoin is added to your spendable balance every 24 hours, at 00:00 UTC when the daily cycle ends. Until then, it appears in Daily profit. All players share the same UTC cycle; it does not restart when you sign in or create a worker.
Talent determines a worker’s share of the daily budget: worker’s Talent divided by the total Talent of all eligible workers. It is fixed for each worker type and stays the same after a sale or floor change.
Check that your employees are assigned and eligible. A day can also have a zero budget or insufficient available reserve.
No. Assigned workers and daily accounting are stored on the server. The browser shows the current state when you return.
No. They go to My workers. You can assign them again or list them for sale.
USDC is the deposit and creation currency. The game is designed for Svencoin withdrawals, which are not connected yet.
The top bar shows Svencoin and USDC. Daily profit is accrued reward for the current day and becomes spendable after settlement.
